Call & Nicholas Instruments, Inc was formed in 2003 when a need to provide superior wire-line monitoring was recognized. SlideMinder was designed by engineers of the consulting firm, Call & Nicholas Inc. to ensure the product provides the data mine engineers and consultants need to make decisions about slope stability and mine safety. Special care was taken to ensure false alarms are not triggered, costing thousands of dollars in lost time.
